Cheri looks to her family and her strong faith as the source.  Growing up with a close-knit family of four brothers and a sister, she enjoyed an active childhood and parents who inspired each of their children to work hard and pursue their dreams.  

Cheri’s parents believe that family, faith, friends and community are most important and that one’s education, integrity, and a professional approach to business would lead one to a prosperous career.

It is this innder strength that Cheri’s clients detect and that may accouunt her for being a successful real estate agent.  Satisfied clients often remark that she does not come across as “salesy”, but as someone whose natural charisma makes her friendly and approachable.

For Cheri, the real key to success in the real estate industry is communication.  She begins asking questions about lifestyle and the tries to visualize the person in a particular home.  Once the process has begun, Cheri believes strongly in empowering her clients with information.  This means keeping them informed about what they can expect each step of the way.  Not for a minute does she lose sight of the fact that for sellers for buyers, either move is a major decision.

Cheri believes that putting her clients’ best interest first than her own is more satisfying that anything else.  She also believes that having integrity and a pressure-free approach in selling ultimately appeals to more clients,   She also realizes that she doesn’t have to work with every single client.  “It is just a part of life”, Cheri says.
